摘　　要：目的 :探讨自行研制的高强度玻璃纤维 /树脂复合材料桩钉的临床应用效果。方法 :观察 13例 19件修复体的使用情况 ,并对临床应用的有关问题进行分析。结果 :经过 0 .5 -3年的临床观察 ,无一例桩钉折断或脱落 ,修复效果满意。结论 :高强度玻璃纤维树脂桩钉具有较好的美观效果和强度 ,有较好临床应用价值。Objective: To investigate the fabrication method and the effects of FRC posts, to summarize the indication of FRC post in clinic.Method: Introduced the fabrication method of FRC posts, and discussed the clinical application. 19 pieces FRC posts and composite cores were made for 13 patients. The retention and broken of FRC posts was checked evey year in clinic.Result: After half to three years clinical observe, all the FRC posts were good. No loosening and broken cases were checked.Conclusion: FRC post has natural aesthetic effect and high strength, it can be used in clinic.
