脱钙牙基质改良三明治术增高牙槽嵴的研究

摘　　要：目的本研究初步探讨脱钙牙基质(DDM)在牙槽嵴萎缩症中使用改良三明治增高牙槽嵴术中的应用可能性。方法杂种犬6只,随机分为3组。拔除所有的前磨牙,在下颌前磨牙区,施改良三明治增高牙槽嵴术。在术后4、9、14周依次处死2只动物,所有标本都经大体观察、放射线片连续检查、组织学观察、电镜观察。结果采用种植体固定和DDM植入的改良三明治术增高牙槽嵴(2.98±0.18)mm。14周后,DDM已基本吸收形成骨。结论DDM能够促进三明治区的新骨形成。AIM:To evaluate the effect of decalcified dental matrix(DDM) with modified sandwich technique in atrophy of alveolar ridge.METHODS:6 mongrel dogs were divided into three groups by random.All the premolars were extracted and modified sandwich technique were operated.4 weeks,9 weeks,14 weeks later,2 animals was killed each time.the samples were evaluated by clinical findings,EM observation,radiography and histologccal observation.RESULTS:Group treated with modified sandwich shows ridge augment of 2.98±0.18 mm 14 weeks later.DDM has been absorbed completely.CONCLUSION:DDM can replaces the autobone and increases new bone. [
