心理康复治疗对海洛因依赖者自尊水平及防御方式的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理康复疗法对海洛因依赖者自尊水平及防御机制的影响。方法:将安康医院戒毒所收治的46例完成生理脱毒治疗的海洛因依赖者随机分为研究组和对照组各23例,仅对研究组实施心理康复治疗,时间为10周,采用自尊量表(self-esteemscale,SES)、自卑感量表(feelingofinferiorityscale,FIS)和防御方式问卷(defensestylequestionnaire,DSQ)进行治疗前后对照和两组相互对照。结果:研究组心理康复治疗后SES评分(28.87±1.98)显著高于治疗前(22.26±3.54,t=7.012,P<0.01);FIS评分(49.22±5.11)显著低于治疗前(74.26±7.48,t=12.651,P<0.01);不成熟防御机制评分(3.43±0.90)显著低于治疗前(4.52±0.79,t=3.781,P<0.01),成熟全称,数量防御机制评分(5.65±0.93)明显高于治疗前(4.96±0.82,t=-2.577,P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后各量表评分差异均无显著性意义。结论:心理康复治疗有助于消除海洛因依赖者的自卑心理,提高其自尊水平,改善其心理防御机制。AIM:To explore the influence of psychological rehabilitation therapy on self esteem level and defense mechanism in heroin addicts. METHODS:Totally 46 heroin addicts,who had completed physical detoxification,were randomly divided into study group(n=23) and control group(n=23).Only the study group received psychological rehabilitation therapy for 10 weeks.Both groups received assessment with Rosenberg's self esteem scale(SES),feeling of inferiority scale(FIS) and defense style questionnaire(DSQ),and the results were compared between the two groups before and after therapy. RESULTS:In the study group,the SES score after therapy (28.87±1.98) was significantly higher than that before treatment(22.26±3.54)(t=7.012, P< 0.01).The FIS score after therapy(49.22±5.11) was significantly lower than that before therapy(74.26±7.48)(t=12.651,P< 0.01).The score of immature defense mechanism after therapy(3.43±0.90) was obviously lower than that before treatment(4.52±0.79)(t=3.781,P< 0.01), while that of mature defense mechanism after therapy(5.65±0.93) was obviously increased than that before therapy(4.96±0.82)(t=-2.577, P< 0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of SES,FIS and DSQ before and after therapy in the control group. CONCLUSION:Psychological rehabilitation therapy is good for eliminating the feeling of inferiority,improving the self esteem and ameliorating the mental defense mechanism of with heroin addicts.
