摘　　要：背景:老年糖尿病患病率增加,军队离退休老干部这一特殊群体中的情况与目前普通群体老年人糖尿病发生率是否有所区别?目的:调查驻京离休老干部中糖尿病的患病现状及有关危险因素。设计:横断面调查研究。方法:对驻京干休所内1252位离休老干部采用随机抽样的方法,进行糖尿病患病率与年龄、血脂、体质量等相关因素的横断面调查。地点和对象:驻京部队所属87个干休所随机整群抽取32个,调查对象1252人,男1154人,女98人,平均年龄(72±17)岁。主要观察指标:糖尿病的患病率、血脂、人体质量指数等糖尿病发病的危险因素与糖尿病患病率的关系。结果:1252名离休老干部糖尿病整体患病率为14.70%,随年龄增高糖尿病患病率呈上升趋势,肥胖及高三酰甘油、胆固醇组患病率(分别为18.2%,18.2%,19.9%)均高于正常组(分别为10.3%,8.9%,11.1%)。结论:部队离休老干部糖尿病患病率高于普通人群,年龄、肥胖、血脂均为糖尿病患病的危险因素。BACKGROUND:The incidence of diabetes in the aged is increased,and is there any difference in the incidence between the special group of army retired cadres an d the ordinary old people?OBJECTIVE:To investigate the incidence of diabetes in retired cadres of Beiji ng Army and the related risk factors.DESIGN:Cross sectional study.METHODS:Cross sectional survey was randomly applied in 1 252 cases of retire d cadres living in Beijing Military Cadres Sanatorium on the incidence of diabet es with age,blood lipid,body mass and other relevant factors. SETTING and PARTICIPANTS:Totally 32 groups were randomly selected from 87 Beij ing Military Cadres Sanatorium,and there were 1 252 subjects,1 154 males and 98 females,mean age of (72±17)years.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Relationship of the incidence of diabetes with the risk factors such as blood lipid and body mass index.RESULTS:The incidence was 14.7%in the 1 252 retired cadres.The incidence of d iabetes had an increased tendency with age in obesity,hypertriglyceride,and hype rlipidemia group(18.2%,18.2%,19.9%,respectively),which was more than that o f the control group(10.3%,8.9%,11.1%, respectively,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The incidence of diabetes in retired cadres of Beijing military are a was higher than that in general population.Age,obesity and hyperlipidemia are risk factors of diabetes.
