新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉48例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察新鲜羊膜移植对翼状胬肉临床疗效的影响。方法　采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉 48例 65只眼 ,其中复发性翼状胬肉 8只眼 ,初发性翼状胬肉 5 7只眼。手术均在显微镜下完成。结果　术后随访 6～ 18个月 ,羊膜移植手术均一次成功。无免疫排斥反应。翼状胬肉患者除 3只眼复发外 ,其余全部一次治愈。翼状胬肉复发率为 4 6%。结论　新鲜羊膜移植是治疗翼状胬肉的经济。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of fresh aminiotic membrance transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods 48 patients(65 eyes)with pterygium including recurrent pterygium(8 eyes)were transplantated with fresh aminiotic membrance by microscope.Results The fresh aminiotic membrance transplantations were successful in most of the patients and none developed immunological rejection during the follow-up period for 6～18 months.The curative rate of primary operation for pterygium was 95 4%,and the recurrence rate of pterygium was 4 6%.Conclusions The transplantation with fresh aminiotic membrance transplantation is a effective、econmical and simple therapeutic method for the pterygium,especially those recurrent ones.
