摘 要:目的 :研究多效胃镜乳的处方、制备工艺、质量标准及临床疗效。方法 :用研磨乳化法将油相和水相混合制备成乳剂 ,并对其稳定性、主药含量进行测定。对 5 0 6例胃镜检查患者进行疗效观察。用法 :胃镜检查前 3 0min口服 ,每次 10mL。结果 :一次性口服给药 ,同时达到局麻、解痉、消泡、减少分泌、润滑等多种效果 ,总有效率达 10 0 .0 %。结论 :多效胃镜乳处方合理、工艺成熟、质量稳定、疗效显著 ,值得推广使用。Objective:To study the prescription, preparation, quality standard and clinic effect of multi-effect gastroscope emulsion. Methods:The emulsion was prepared by rubbing emulsification. Its stability was studied and the main drugs content was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. The emulsion was administrated 10 mL, po, 30 min before gastroscopy. Its clinical effects were observed on 506 patients who needed gastroscopy. Results:By oral administration one time, good effects of local anaesthesia, relieved convulsion, reduced foam, decreased excretion, and lubrication were simultaneously achieved. The total effective rate was 100.0%. Conclusion:The prescription of multi-effect gastroscope emulsion is rational, and its preparation is convenient. The emulsion has a stable quality and certain clinical effect, and its use should be recommended.
