摘　　要：本文通过对Moore图的结构分析,得出其若干重要特征,从而找出了存在非平凡Moore图的必要条件。This paper obtains its several important characterizations by analyzing the structure cf Moore graph, (see the theoreml -3). and find out the necessary condition of the existanee of the non -tririal Moore graph.
