摘　　要：提出了一种应用德尔菲法的多工艺方案模糊综合评价思路和方法。首先,采用层次分析法(AHP)构造分层评价指标体系,并确定各项指标的权重。其次,进行基于模糊数的模糊综合评价。最后介绍了基于Web技术的评价工具的开发。An idea and approach of application of Delphi method to fuzzy synthetic evaluation of alternative process plans is presented. Firstly, the layered evaluation index system is established and the evaluation indexes' weight values are determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Secondly, a fuzzy number based synthetic evaluation is taken. At last, the development of Web-Based evaluation tool is introduced.
