摘　　要：目的 :探讨偶发性肾细胞癌的治疗方法。方法 :保留肾单位手术治疗偶发性肾细胞癌 2 2例 ,对侧肾正常的肾细胞癌 17例 ,对侧肾存在病变或潜在功能受损 2例 ,移植肾肾细胞癌 1例 ,先天性孤立肾 1例 ,vonhipple Lindau综合征 1例。 结果 :术后随访 6～ 6 2个月 ,仅 1例术后复发。结论Objective:To discuss the treatment for incidental renal cell carcinoma.Methods:Twenty-two patients with incidental renal cell carcinoma underwent the nephron-sparing surgery.Among them,17 patients had normal opposite kidney,2 patients had damaged or potential disfunctional opposite kidney,1 patient had congenital isolated kidney,1 patient had tumor in his transplanted kidney and 1 patient had von hipple-Lindau's syndrome.Results:All the patients were followed up for 6 to 62 months.Only 1 patient had a relapse.Conclusions:Nephron-sparing surgery is an effective procedure for treatment of incidental renal cell carcinoma.
