摘　　要：使用广义毕-萨定律和库仑定律推出了偶极子在远区与近区的磁场B与电场E的表达式.The Expressing formula of distribution regulation of magnetic field and electronic field is given by the generation Biot-Savart and Coulomb's Law in the distant and near zone fields of the even polar.
