20例女性偏头痛病人血清性激素测定

摘　　要：20例女性偏头痛病人在经前2～3天测定其血清性激素水平,并在头痛缓解期作EEG检查。结果显示4例雌二醇低于正常,2例高于正常。4例孕酮低于正常,10例高于正常。8例EEG有非特异的异常。The gonadal hormone levels were measured in 20 female migraime patients 2-3 days prior to menstruation. And EEG examination were performed during the headache-free period. There were subnormal estrogen levels in 4 cases and elevated estrogen in 2 cases. Four cases had subnormal progesterone levels and 10 had elevated progesterone levels. Eight cases showed unspecific abnormalities in EEG.
