摘　　要：对筛选出的一株芽孢杆菌ZK在 10 0 0L发酵罐中进行了代谢产物抗真菌多肽捷安肽素的放大中间试验。研究菌体的生长、还原糖的利用及产素的变化规律 ,为进行捷安肽素的工业化生产提供了依据。A strain of Bacillus (Bacillus sp.ZK) has been screened from cotton plant in Xinjiang.A new antifungal peptide was isolated from its cultures,and was named Jiean-peptide.This antifungal peptide had strong antimicrobial activity to many plant pathology fungi.Jiean-peptide fermentation by Bacillus strain ZK was carried out in 1,000 L fermenter.The relationship of the growth of ZK,utilization of glucose and production of Jiean-peptide were studied.The results are valuable for industrial production of this important polypeptide.
