摘  要:为了解决六轴联动电火花加工数控系统软硬件的设计难题 ,以可编程多轴控制器为运动控制器 ,提出了基于开放式体系结构进行六轴联动电火花加工数控系统的硬件体系结构。为了提高软件系统中与加工过程密切相关的实时任务的实时性能 ,基于实时Linux操作系统 ,实现了数控系统软件中的运动控制任务和放电状态检测任务等实时性要求较强的任务。此外 ,还进行了Linux平台上可编程多轴控制器的设备驱动程序、数控代码解释模块、图形用户界面和工艺数据库的设计。该系统能很好地解决六轴联动电火花机床运动控制精度要求较高。To deal with the difficulties in designing hardware and software of a six-axis Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system for Electro Discharge Machining (EDM), a hardware architecture of CNC based on open system was proposed in which a Programmable Multi-axis Controller was adopted as a motion control unit. Meanwhile, for improving the performance of real-time tasks in the software system, which was closely related to the machining process, the real-time tasks such as motion control and measurement of discharge states were implemented based on real-time Linux operation system. In addition, the Linux device drivers for Programmable Multi-axis Controller, NC program interpretation module, a user graphical interface as well as a technology database were also designed. This system can well solve difficult problems in designing six-axis numerical control system for EDM such as higher precision for machine motion control and excessive axes which are needed to be under control.
