急性根尖周炎患牙根管内厌氧菌的细菌学研究——第1报 患牙根管内厌氧菌的分离培养

摘　　要：采用严格的厌氧技术和稳定的实验条件,通过与15例慢性根尖周炎的对照分析,对30例急性根尖周炎患牙根管内厌氧菌的分离培养研究表明:急性根尖周炎是以厌氧菌为主的混合感染,厌氧菌主要分布干类杆菌、梭杆菌、丙酸杆菌、消化链球菌、真细菌和韦荣氏球菌等6属,其中产黑素类杆菌组菌和核梭杆菌菌种与其发生有密切关系;急性根尖周炎是由口腔正常菌群失调所致的内源性感染,厌氧菌与需氧菌以及不同菌属、种之间的协同作用都参与了其发生。The circulating antibody levels of the patients with acute periapical lesions,the total specific serum antibodies and specific IgE antibody against the anaerobes isolated from the infected root canals were determined by means ofBeckman ICS,ELISA and Direct Coagulation methods.The results indicated that the host's immunogic responsesto anaerobic bacteria played an important role in the acute clinical symptoms while resisted the bacteria's infec-tion.The acute periapical lesions might be concerned with the type I anaphylactic hypersensitivity reaction.Thespecific agents to elicit the serum IgE antibodies elevated were still unclear and needed further examinations.
