IL-2受体与CD4阳性细胞在良恶性淋巴增生病变组织中的数量、分布及意义

摘　　要：对50例良恶性淋巴增生病变组织及其短期培养细胞进行免疫表型研究,重点观察白细胞介素-2受体及CD4阳性细胞的数量、分布及其变化情况。结果发现:①多种良恶性淋巴增生病变组织中均有不等量的白细胞介素-2受体及CD4抗原的表达;②部分肿瘤性及非肿瘤性CD4阳性细胞、B细胞及R-S细胞上亦有白细胞介素-2受体存在,而在CD1或CD8阳性细胞上则未见;③正常人淋巴细胞经PHA刺激并发生增殖后所形成的细胞克隆亦有较多的白细胞介素-2受体和CD4抗原表达。提示:尽管白细胞介素-2受体不是某一类细胞的特异性抗原标记,但与细胞的免疫表型有一定关系。文内还结合文献扼要讨论了白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-2受体及辅助性T淋巴细胞在淋巴瘤发病中的作用和意义。An analysis of immuno-phenotypes was made in benign and ma-lignant lymphoproliferative diseases(35cases) and short cultured lymphocytes ofchronic tonsillitis (15 cases). The number,distribution and variation of interleukin-2receptor (IL-2R, CD25) and CD4 positivecells in the above lesions were studied.The results showed that (1) there weremore or less IL-2R+ and CD4+ cells pre-sented in the tissues of benign lympho-proliferative lesions; (2)IL-2R antigen wasalso presented in some tumor and non-tumor cells with CD4+ reaction but it wasnot found in the cells with CD1+ or/andCD8+ reactions; (3)IL-2R and CD4 antigenswere expressed in the proliferated lym-phocytes stimulated by PHA. AlthoughIL-2R antigen is not a specific marker tocertain types of lymphocytes, it has somerelations with immunophenotypes of lym-phocytes. The functions and effects ofIL-2, IL-2R and helper T lymphocyteswere also discussed.
