摘　　要：对沟通在医德行为中的作用进行了一些分析 ,指出医患之间在认知、情感、意志等层面沟通的重要性 ,并指出医德行为主要体现于这些沟通中。认为认知的沟通有助于患者的祛疑解惑 ,情感的沟通有助于患者消除焦虑和抑郁的情绪 ,意志的沟通有助于调动患者的抗病意志。在这三个方面与患者积极进行沟通是医务人员不可推卸的责任。This article analyses the function of communication in the medical ethics behavior and points out the importance of communication in the fields of cognition,emotion and will.It believes that cognitive communication contributes to removing the patients' doubt and explain puzzles,emotional communication contributes to dispelling the patients' anxious and depressed mood,and will communication contributes to arousing the patients' disease resistant will,so it's the bounden responsibility for doctors to communicate with patients actively from these three aspects.
