摘　　要：本文从分析生物 -心理 -社会医学模式下医护人员的职责入手 ,认为医护人员的职责不仅是关注疾病的预防和治疗 ,还应是关注病人的心理问题 ,由此认为死亡教育 ,首先是医护人员自身的死亡教育 ,然后是对病人及其家属的死亡教育 ,十分重要 ,并对死亡教育的形式进行了探讨。Through analyzing medical personnel's duty under Bio-psycho-social Medical Mode, this paper states that medical personnel's duty should be emphasized not only on preventing and curing diseases, but also on solving patients' psychological problems.Therefore it states that death education, first, to medical professionals themselves,second,to the patients and their family,is very important,at last it also inquires into the mode of death education.
