摘　　要：本文报告1例经病理证实的原发髂骨平滑肌肉瘤,并结合文献46例。对其临床、病理、治疗进行系统复习,对组织起源进行了讨论。A case of pathologically approved primary leiomyosarcoma of bone was presented. In combination with the informations gathered from 46 cases available in the interatures, the clinical features, pathological findings and the method of treatment were reviewed systematically, and the theories of the histogenesis were discussed.
