摘　　要：通过合成氨装置中一段变换炉的研制 ,阐述了大直径厚壁调质铬钼钢筒身三瓦片成形的工艺方法 ,并介绍了筒体装焊过程采取的一些相关措施。The paper expatiated on an craftwork plan through the design and development of the first changed furnace synthetic ammonia equipment. It is about how to mold a kind of great diameter and thick cliff Cr-Mo steel shell harden with high tempering. The thesis also introduced the series interrelated measures in the process of molding the shell.
