摘　　要：目的　探讨螺旋CT对胃间质瘤的诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 2 7例原发性胃间质瘤的临床及影像学资料。结果　小的胃间质瘤 (≤ 5cm)表现为形态规则、边界清楚、密度及强化均匀并倾向于向腔内生长 ;大的胃间质瘤 (≥ 10cm)表现为形态不规则 ,与邻近结构分界清或趋于模糊 ,出血、囊变、坏死显著并倾向于向胃腔外生长 ;中等大小的胃间质瘤 (>5～ 10cm)CT表现与大的胃间质瘤相似。结论　胃间质瘤的CT表现与肿瘤的大小有关 ;CT对于胃间质瘤的检测和对于肿瘤大小、生长方式及各种表现 (如密度、强化等 )Objective To analyze helical CT features of primary gastric stromal tumors and to evaluate helical CT in the diagnosis of the disease. Methods The clinical and imaging data of 27 patients with primary gastric stromal tumors were analyzed and summarized. Results Small gastric stromal tumors show regular shape,intraluminal growth,homogeneous appearance (on unenhanced and enhances scans).Large gastric stromal tumors show irregular shape,extraluminal growth,nonhomogeneous appearance(on unenhanced and enhances scans).Medial gastric stromal tumors show similar features to the large ones. Conclusion Helical CT features of gastric stromal tumors are different with respect to the tumor size;CT is useful in detection and characterization of primary gastric stromal tumors with regard to tumor growth pattern,tumor size,and varied appearances.
