摘 要:1990~1991年分析了农垦58S及其转育的光(温)敏核不育系相互杂交的F_1、F_2、F_3等植株在武汉自然长光照或遮光短日照条件下的育性表现,结果表明,粳型光敏核不育系7001S、1514S、31111S和33001S的光敏不育基因均来源于农垦58S,相互间还存在着微效修饰基因的差异,但籼型核不育系W6154S和W7415S的不育基因座位可能不相同,W7415S的光敏不育基因来源于农垦58S,W6154S温敏感特性可能具有不同的遗传基础。Previous studies established that the derivative lines of Nongken 58S could be classified into the photoperiod-sensitive type and thermo-sensitive type according to their apparently different responses to daylength and temperature. To difine the allelism of different genic male sterilie lines, F_1、F_2、F_3 and BC_1F_1 from crosses between Nongken 58S and its derivates as well as between the derivates (4 japonica and 2 indica lines) were studied by analyzing their fertility under artificial shortday and natural longday conditions in Wuhan in 1990 and 1991. Results indicated that the genes for fertility in 7001S, 1514S, 31111S, 33001S (japonica) and W7415S (indica). which are all lines of photoperiod-sensitive type, were allelic and deduced to come from Nongken 58S. although the lines may differ in terms of minor modifying genes. But the sterility genes of the thermo-sensitive type W6154S (indica) were nonallelic with those of the photoperiod-sensitive types thus suggesting that the thermo-sensitive male-sterile character of W6154S was controlled by distinctive genetic constitution.
