摘　　要：观察舰船航行中,不同海况下船体摇摆度对物品移动、滑脱、散乱情况和静脉穿刺成功率的影响,提出不同等级海况时的相应护理操作技术应用建议:(1)海况小于5级、船体摇摆小于10°时,使用与陆地相同的操作技术;(2)海况6～7级、船体摇摆11°～20°时,采用必要的操作姿式、固定措施、操作方式;(3)海况大于8级、船体摇摆大于20°时,放弃或取代操作难度大、要求精确度高、对伤员威胁性大的操作项目.目的是希望在未来海战中的各种海况下,实施有预见性的救护措施,避免医源性二次损伤,提高工作效率.By studying the effect of rocking of sailing warships under different sea conditions on movement, slipping and mess of article as well as success rate of intravenous puncturing, we put forward the corresponding nursing techniques under different sea conditions, including: (1)the same nursing techniques as on land when the sea condition is below level 5 and the ship rocking under 10 degrees; (2)application of needed operating postures, fixtures and operation when the sea condition is at level 6~7 and the ship rocking at 11~20 degrees; (3)abandoning or replacement of difficult and sophisticated techniques when the sea condition is above level 8 and the ship rocking at 20 degrees. The purpose is to carry out nursing predictably, avoid iatrogenic injuries and improve the working efficiency under different sea conditions in the future sea war.
