摘　　要：笔者通过结合影响外伤性视神经病变预后的危险因素,对38例外伤性视神经病变患者进行细致的病情观察及用药观察,实施针对性的心理护理及必要的健康教育,提高了疗效,降低了致残率。Aiming at the risky factors affecting the prognosis of traumatic optic neuropathy, the authors closely observed the conditions and the medication of 38 patients with traumatic optic neuropathy and performed pertinent mental care and necessary health education, which increased the therapeutic efficacy and lowered the rate of disability.
