摘　　要：受教育权是公民根据宪法规定而享有的基本权利,是国际社会公认的基本人权。我国公民的受教育权已经有了可靠的法律保障,但在现实中也存在一些问题,我们应积极采取各种有效措施,切实保障公民的受教育权的实现。The right of education is a citizen's basic right granted by the constitution and also the basic human right recognized by the world. In China a citizen's right of education has obtained the legal guarantee, but there are still some problems in reality. So we should actively take all kinks of effective measures to guarantee the citizen's right of education.
