摘  要:本文研究了应用低剂量促性腺激素处理诱导黄牛一胎双犊,分析了影响成功率的因素。结果表明:采用PMSG与HCG、PMSG与PG及FSH与PG对母牛进行处理,其受胎率分别在80%-95%、84%-91.8%和85%-100%之间,与自然发情组的90%相比无显著差异;但在双犊率方面,自然情况下产双犊率仅为0.92%(0.85%-1.00%),而PMSG与HCG处理组的双犊率在11.3%(11.0%-11.8%),PMSG与PG处理组为13.0%(11.0%-15.8%),FSH与PG处理为19.6%(11.0%-27.0%),说明应用激素处理诱导双胎是有效的,而且不同处理方法之间的效果也不同。对应用FSH与PG处理组所产双犊的出生重、1月龄、3月龄、6月龄体重进行了测定,并与出生时间相近、饲养条件相同的自然单胎犊牛进行了比较,结果表明,双犊的平均出生重、1月龄体重、3月龄体重与单胎组差异显著,但6月龄体重差异不显著,加强双胎犊牛哺乳期饲养管理十分重要。Low dosage gonadotropic hormone was applied to induce of double calving on this paper and the factor of success was analyzed. The result showed that through treating on PMSG and HCG, PMSG and PG, FSH and PG, the pregnant rate was 80%-95%,84%-91.8% and 85%-100%,respectly.In contrast to natural estrus group which pregnant rate was 90% ,there is no significant difference. However ,on the aspect of double calving rate, double calving rate was 0.92%(0.85%-1.0%) under the condition of natural estrus,11.3%(11.0% -11.8%) treating on PMSG and HCG, 13.0%(11.0%-15.8%) treating on PMSG and PG, 19.6%(11.0%-27.0%) treating on FSH and PG, which showed that it was effective to apply the hormone to induce double calving ,furthermore different treating method had a different effect.Birth weight and weight of one month ,three months and six months were measured between double calving treating on FSH and PG, natural single calve under the similar condition .The result showed that there existed significant difference in birth weight, one month weight ,three months weight and six months weight on average between double calving and single calve, but no difference in the weight of six months between them. It is important to enhance the calf raising management during the lactation phase.
