摘 要:对丹霞苹果树体中不同部位的酚类物质含量在年周期内进行了测定,结果表明丹霞苹果树的根、枝、叶和芽中均有酚类物质的存在,平均含量(以干重计)范围为25.8~84.5mg/g;酚类物质在丹霞苹果树体中的分布随器官组织和季节的不同而有差异粗根韧皮部和细根中酚类物质含量显著高于其他器官组织中的含量;粗根木质部和1年生枝木质部中酚类物质含量显著低于其他器官组织中的含量;粗根韧皮部、细根、1年生枝韧皮部、叶芽和花芽中酚类物质含量均于休眠期达到高峰。Experiment was conducted with Danxia apple tree for studying the changes of phenols content in the yearly cycle. Results showed that the phenols existed in roots, branches, leaves and buds, and the average content of phenols varied from 25.8 mg/g (Dry weight) to 84.5 mg/g . The content of phenols varied with organs, tissues and seasons: The phenol content in the barks of thick roots and in the thin roots were both significantly lower than those in other organs and tissues,while the phenol content in the xylem of the thick roots and one year old branches were both significantly lower than those in other organs and tissues. In addition, phenol content in all organs and tissues except in the xylem were all highest during dormant period.
