摘 要:目的 探讨MgSO4在脑梗死急性期的脑保护作用及其对血浆谷氨酸 (Glu)的影响。方法 将 4 8例脑梗死急性期患者随机分为MgS0 4治疗组和对照组 ,分别于用药前及用药后 3、14d采用高效液相色谱法对血浆Glu水平进行检测 ,并观察临床神经功能缺损程度恢复情况。结果 脑梗死急性期患者血浆Glu水平显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;用药后 3d ,MgS0 4治疗组与对照组相比血浆Glu水平下降较快 ,具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;用药后 14d ,两组患者血浆Glu均降至正常水平 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。MgSO4治疗组的临床神经功能恢复程度显著优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 MgS0 4能降低急性脑梗死患者的血浆Glu水平 ,从而减轻其神经毒性 。Objective To study the cerebral protection of magnesium sulfate and its effect on Glu in the acute stage of cerebral infarction Methods All the 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly and blindly divided into two groups in this study :treated group and control group The MgSO 4 was given to the patients of treated group by intravenous drip in the acute stage of cerebral infarction The level of plasma Glu was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography before the treatment and at 3 and 14 days after treatment The scores of neurological deficits in convalescence in ACI patients were also evaluated Results The plasma Glu level in patiens with acute cerebral infarction was very significantly elevated ( P <0 01)in the early stage of ACI The level of plasma Glu in the patients of treated group with MgSO 4 decreased more rapidly than that of control group without MgSO 4 at 3 days after treatment and a significant difference ( P <0 05) was found between two groups The level of plasma Glu in the patients of both groups returned to the normal level at 14 days after treatment and there was no significant difference ( P >0 05) between two groups A better curative effect was also observed in ACI patients who were treated with MgSO 4 Conclusion MgSO 4 has a neuroprotective effect on neuronal damage in the acute stage of cerebral infarction and this may be related to the action that MgSO 4 can decrease the level of Glu in plasma and weaken the excitotoxicity of Glu [
