经皮肝穿门静脉置管治疗肝癌门静脉癌栓38例分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨经皮肝穿门静脉置管治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的治疗。方法 :回顾 2 0 0 1年 8月～ 2 0 0 3年 4月间 ,经皮肝穿门静脉置管治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓患者 38例 ,分析其疗效及作用机制。结果 :所有患者临床症状均有所缓解 ,癌栓缩小 ,生存期延长。结论 :经皮肝穿门静脉置管化疗治疗门静脉癌栓是一种积极有效的治疗手段。具有操作简便、安全、疗效显著等特点 。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of percutaneous transhepatic portal vein tube insertion and chemotherapy under ultrasonographic guide in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT). Methods: We analyzed the therapeutic efficacy and mechanisms of this method in the treatment of 38 HCC patients with PVTT from Aug,2001 to Apr,2003. Result: The clinical symptoms were partially relieved ,the mass of tumor thrombus was decreased and the survival time was prolonged in all patients. Conclusion:This measure is an effective, safe and easy procedure, which active significance for advanced HCC with PVTT and is suitable to be taken.
