摘 要:目的:建立高血压-脑缺血-再灌注大鼠模型,观测脑缺血再灌注损伤。方法:制备肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHR),用线栓法复制大脑中动脉梗塞(MCAO),A组:MCAO3h后再灌注21h;B组:MCAO6h后再灌注18h;C组:MCAO24h。然后测定脑梗死体积及其占全大脑体积百分比、两半球体积差值。结果:MCAO6h后再灌注18h的RHR与持续MCAO24h的RHR比较,前者的梗死灶体积及其占全大脑体积百分比、两半球体积差值均有显著性增大(P<0.01),而MCAO3h后再灌注21h的RHR10例中仅有3例出现少许梗死灶。结论:MCAO6h后再灌注则已超出有效治疗时间窗,将造成明显的再灌注损伤。Objective: To establish the mode of hypertension-cerebral-ischemi a-reperfusion rat and investigate the time window of reperfusion. Methods: The r enovascular hypertension rats(RHR)were established and produced to middle cerebr al artery occlusion(MCAO) as described by Zea Longa. The infarct volumes were me asured after MCAO 3 h and reperfusion 21 h(group A),MCAO 6 h and reperfusion 18 h (group B), and MCAO 24 h (group C). Results: The infarct volumes were signi ficantly high in the group B compared to the group C; Only slight infarct volume s were discovered in the 3 cases of 10 of the group A. Conclusion: Reperfusion after MCAO 6 h will result significantly in cer ebral injury.
