摘  要:目的 了解齿密螺旋体对小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群以及T细胞中IL 2mRNA表达水平及活性的影响作用。方法 采用流式细胞仪观察齿密螺旋体对小鼠模型外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响 ;以RT PCR和凝胶图像吸收度分析系统检测齿密螺旋体对小鼠脾脏T细胞IL 2mRNA表达的影响。结果 注射齿密螺旋体超声破碎液的小鼠脾细胞中的CD4 + T细胞阳性百分数明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD8+ T细胞则明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD4 + /CD8+ T细胞比值显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;齿密螺旋体能在转录水平抑制静息T细胞IL 2mRNA的表达 ,并抑制T细胞培养上清液中IL 2样活性。结论 ①激活CD8+ T细胞活性的功能 ,同时造成CD4 + T细胞百分数相对下降 ;改变CD4 + T、CD8+ T两亚群间的平衡。②齿密螺旋体具有抑制静息T细胞IL 2mRNA的表达 ,降低T细胞培养上清中ILObjective To understand the impact of treponea denticola immunization on mice's T lymphocyte Subsets and sxbress level, activity of IL-2 mRNA in T lymphocyte.Methods T cell subsets from their peripheral blood were tested by flowcytometry. RT-PCR and gel documentation analysis system were exploited to detect on IL-2 mRNA expression in murine .Results The positivity percentage of CD4^+T cells was siginificantly decreased (P<0.05), CD8^+T cells however, was siginificantly higher (P<0.05), the ratio of CD4^+ to CD8^+T cells was siginificantly decreased from the mice injected with sonic extractus treponea denticola (P<0.01).The level of IL-2 mRNA in rest T cell and the activity of IL-2 was inhibited by treponea denticola (P<0.05).Conclusion ①Treponea denticola can activate CD8^+T cells and change the balance between CD4^+ and CD8^+T cells.②Treponea denticola can inhibite the level of IL-2 mRNA in rest T cell and the activity of IL-2.
