摘 要:研究了冷却速率、分子质量及其分布和催化剂对PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)非等温结晶行为的影响。结果表明,PTT结晶过程受成核控制,冷却速率对PTT结晶能力和动力学参数均有较大的影响。分子质量分布对PTT非等温结晶行为的影响明显大于分子质量的影响。催化剂在熔体冷却过程中起到了结晶成核剂的作用,可以提高冷却结晶速率。但这种作用是有限的,当分子质量明显提高后,它对树脂结晶能力的影响就会超过催化剂的影响。同时催化剂也对PTT球晶形态有明显的影响,催化剂的比表面积越小,PTT熔体冷却结晶出现的温度越低,形成的球晶数量少而直径大;反之亦然。Effects of the cooling rate, the relative molecular weight, and catalyst on the non - isothermal crystallization behavior of FIT were studied. The results showed that the FIT melt cooling crystallization process was controlled by the nucleation, and the cooling rate had significant influences on the crystallization ability and dynamic parameters of FIT. The relative molecular weight distribution played a more remarkable effect on the non - isothermal crystallization behaviors of FIT than that of the relative molecular weight. The residual catalysts, acting as nucleation agents,helped to speed up the cooling crystallization. However,the accelerating effect was limited , as the relative molecular weight markedly increased, its effect on the crystallization capacity of the resin would exceed it of catalyst. On the other hand, catalyst had obvious effect on the FIT spherulitic crystal morphology. The spherulite dimensions decreased with the increase of specific surface area of catalyst, which began to crystallize at a higher temperature and produce more and smaller particles of spherulites impinging on each other quickly,and vise versa.
