摘　　要：应用电解可脱弹簧圈 (GDC)栓塞颅内动脉瘤时可能会发生缺血。文章对GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤引起缺血发作的发生率、原因和预防手段进行了综述。Ischemic events may occurre during the procedure of embolism with Guglielmi detachable coils (GDCs) for intracranial aneurysms. The article reviews the incidence of ischemic events caused by the embolization of intracranial aneurysms with GDCs, its reasons and preventive measures.
