摘　　要：目的　查明在宁夏鼠疫自然疫源地是否存在其他 2种致病性的耶尔森氏菌分布。方法　将疫源地捕获的啮齿动物取其舌、肠系膜淋巴结、盲肠末端及肠内容物放入PBS缓冲液中 ,在 4℃条件下冷增菌 3周 ,接着经KOH溶液处理后 ,涂布在IN、VYE培养基上 ,2 8℃培养 2 4h。最后在培养基挑选可疑菌落做菌株的鉴定。结果　未检出假结核菌 ,但检出致病性小肠结肠炎菌 65株。Objective To understand the distribution of Yersinia genus in Ningxia natural plague fici.Methods From captured rodent that picking their the tonngue,lymph nodes of the enteric membrane and terminal caecum in the nateral plague foci ,dipped them into the PBS liquid increasing bacteria during 3 weeks in the low temperature (4℃), then the specimen inoculated in IN culture medium and VYE culture medium after withstood KOH liquid . the last selected suspicious bacterial spots to identify experiments in biochemistry and determine pathogenetic Yersinia genus from IN and VYE culture medium. Results Yersinia pseudotuberculosis wasn ,t found,but Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated 65 strains.Conclusions Ningxia natural pague foci exited the distribution of Yersinia enterocolitica.
