摘　　要：目的:评价乳腺癌胰岛素样生长因子I型受体insulin-likegrowthfac-(tor-Ireceptor,IGF-IR)与雌激素受体(estrogenreceptor,ER,)孕激素受体(progestogenreceptor,PR,Her-2/c-erbB-2,p53表达的相关性,探讨)IGF-IR作为乳腺癌治疗和预后指标的意义。方法:收集120例乳腺癌组织病理石蜡块,用免疫组织化学的方法测定IGF-IR,ER,PR,Her-2/c-erbB-2,p53的表达,将表达程度分为0,1,2,3级,2和3级为高表达。比较它们间的相关关系,用统计学方法进行分析。结果:IGF-IR的表达与ER的表达显著相关(r=0.203,P<0.05)。IGF-IR的表达与PR,Her-2/c-erbB-2,p53的表达无相关性(r=0.040～0.152,P>0.05)。结论IGF-IR的表达与ER的表达存在良好的相关性,IGF-IR可能在乳腺癌发生的内分泌系统中占有重要的地位。IGF-IR的高表达与Her-2/c-erbB-2,p53的表达无相关性,IGF-IR的高表达可能提示较好的预后。AIM:To evaluate the correlation of the expressions of insulin like growth factor I receptor(IGF IR) with estrogen receptor(ER),progestogen receptor(PR),Her 2/c erbB 2 and p53 of mammary cancer,and investigate the significance of IGF IR as the treatment and the prognostic indexes. METHODS:Totally 120 histological paraffin pieces of mammary cancer were collected.The expressions of IGF IR,ER,PR, Her 2/c erbB 2 and p53 were assayed with immunohistochemical method.The levels of expression were divided into four grades:grades 0,1,2,and 3,of which grades 2 and 3 were defined as overexpression.The correlations of IGF IR with ER,PR,Her 2/c ebB 2 and p53 were compared and analyzed statistically. RESULTS:There was significant correlation between the expressions of IGF IR and ER(r= 0.203,P< 0.05);There was no significant correlation between the expressions of IGF IR and PR,Her 2/c erbB 2 and p53(r=0.040 to 0.152, P >0.05). CONCLUSION:There is a good correlation between the expressions of IGF IR and ER.IGF IR may have an important role in the endocrine system of mammary cancer.There is no correlation between the expressions of IGF IR and Her 2/c erbB 2 and p53,and the overexpression of IGF IR may point out better prognosis.
