摘 要:目的:为研究bcl-2的表达与肺癌细胞凋亡发生的关系.方法:采用免疫组化及末端转移酶介导的切口末端标记法(TUNEL).分别对73例肺癌组织进行bcl-2免疫组化染色和细胞凋亡的检测.并对bcl-2表达强度和细胞凋亡指数(Al)进行相关分析,结果:(1)bcl-2在肺癌组织中总的阳性率为27,4%,其中小细胞癌的阳性率为54%;鳞癌阳性率23%;腺癌阳性率18.7%(2)肺癌细胞AI为0到17.6%,其中有13例AI<1%,29例AI在1%到5%之间,31例AI>5%.(3)bcl-2表达的强应与肺癌细胞凋亡指数呈显著负相关.r=0.6216,P<0.01.结论:肺癌组织中bcl-2的过表达可能与抑制细胞凋亡有关.Objective: To study the relationship between the over expression of bcl-2 and apoplosis in lung cancer. Methods: 73 lung carcinoma tissue were stained with bcl-2 antibody by immuno histochemsitry and their apoptotic cells wre measured by TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labelling (TUNEL) method. Re-sulls:(1) The total positive rate of bcl-2 in lung carcinoma was 27.4%, small cell lung cancer was 54.0% and non small cell lung cancer was a wide range in apoptotic index (AI) of all lung cancer 0-17.6%, 13 tumors had AI<1%, 29 had an AI of 1 %-5% and 31 had AI>5%(3) The expressive intensity of bcl-2 was significantly correlated with AI of lung cancer tissue, r=-0.6216, (P<0.01). Conclussion: The over expression of bcl-2 in lung cancer may be correlated with inhibiting cell apoptosis.
