多巴酚丁胺、心得安在动脉单层内皮细胞上对脂类代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的 :在老年大鼠主动脉单层内皮细胞上探讨β-阻滞剂和β-激动剂对血浆脂代谢的影响。方法 :将多巴酚丁胺、心得安分别与高脂血清混合 ,加在大鼠主动脉单层内皮细胞 (AEC)上孵育 2 4小时 ,采用酶法测定其上清液中总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密率脂蛋白(L DL)和极低密度脂蛋白 (VL DL)的浓度。结果 :与对照组比较 ,多巴酚丁胺组 TC、LDL- C和 VL DL- C均增高 (分别为 P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 0 1)。心得安组 HDL- C和 VLDL- C降低 (均为 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :两药对血将中脂类代谢均有影响 ,其结果明显不同 ,对动脉粥样硬化 (AS)Objective:To investigate the effects of dobutamine and propranolol on lipids metabolism of aged rat cultured aortic endothelial cells(AEC) by monolayer.Methods:The mixture with hyperlipemia containing dobutamine/propranolol on the AEC by monolayer was incubated.After 24 h the mixture(fluid) and the TC,TG,LDL,VLDL,HDL concentrations of the collected fluid were measured.Results:Dobutamine increased concentration of TC ( P <0 05),LDL and VLDL significantly ( P <0 01, P <0 001),propranolol decreased concentration of HDL and LDL significantly ( P <0 01).Conclusion:The dobutamine and propranolol effect lipids metabolism in plasma,but the results are apparently different,these may have a potential effect on atherosclerosis.Author′s address Dalian North Gerontology Hospital,Dalian,116013
