儿童远视眼与眼轴长度关系探讨

摘　　要：用Ａ型眼科超声机检测２９０名（５１６只眼）儿童的眼轴长度。结果显示，同年龄段屈光正常儿童与轻、中、高度远视儿童的眼轴长度差异有显著性，儿童远视以轴性远视为主，眼轴长度的测量是诊断儿童远视的重要检测手段之一。AbstractWe measured the axial length of 51 6 child eyeswith nonnal vision or hyperopia by A modeultrasonography.We concluded that the difference ofaxial length between normal eyes and mild. Moderateor severe hyperopia eyes is statistically significant inchildren.the hyperopia of children is mainly axialhyperopia.measurement of the axial length is one theessential methods in diagnose hyperopia to children.
