康复护理对心脏双瓣膜置换术后患者早期康复的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察康复护理对心脏双瓣膜置换术后患者早期康复的影响。方法　选择风湿性心脏病双瓣置换术患者 6 0例 ,随机分为康复组 31例和对照组 2 9例。康复组除行常规护理外 ,同时实施系统、规范的康复护理 ;对照组则行常规护理和随意自我锻炼。比较两组并发症发生率、监护时间、住院天数、术后第 2 0天心功能和生活质量。结果　两组术后住院天数和第 2 0天心功能均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,康复组术后第 2 0天生活质量明显提高 ,10项指标评价P均 <0 .0 0 0 1,术后监护时间也较对照组平均缩短了 7.5h ,且并发症发生率下降了 19%。结论　康复护理能有效降低心脏病双瓣置换术后患者并发症的发生 ,促进心脏康复 ,缩短监护时间和住院天数 。Objective To investigate the influence of rehabilitation intervention on patients with cardiac double valve replacement.Method A total of 60 cases of rheumatic heart disease were randomly divided into two groups after operation:Rehabilitation intervention group (n=31) received the psychological nursing and rehabilitation training,and control group (n=29) only received conventional nursing care and self-exercise. Results compared to the control group , the cardiac function and life quality (with 10 items) of rehabilitation intervention group were improved. The monitoring time was significantly decreased(the average was 7.5 hours)and the incidence of complications declined to 19.0% in the intervention group at 20 days after operation. Conclusions It is suggested that rehabilitation intervention may play an important role on the prevention of complication, improvement of life quality and recovery of patients after operation. It can decrease the patients′ in-hospital time and improve their cardiac function.
