摘　　要：论述了企业质量认证的形式、作用和意义,以及根据企业实际情况搞好质量认证应遵循的原则。This paper was discussed the form,action and meaning in certific ating of quality for enterprises.In order to improve certificating of quality, p rinciples that were based on enterprises actual situation should be followed by enterprises was also discussed.
