摘  要:目的 :探讨吸入性甲醛对小鼠体内脂质过氧化的影响。方法 :将 5 0只雄性健康小鼠随机分为 5组(对照组和 4个染毒组 )进行静式染毒。每天 2 h连续染毒 7周后将小鼠全部处死 ,测定其血清和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 :各染毒组小鼠血清和肝脏 MDA含量均明显升高 ,SOD活性均明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且各染毒组 MDA含量随染毒剂量的增加而增高 ,SOD活性随染毒剂量的增加而降低。结论 :用甲醛对小鼠进行吸入性染毒破坏了体内的脂质过氧化反应的平衡状态 ,并使其抗氧化能力明显降低。Objective To explore the effects of inhalant formaldehyde on lipid peroxidation in mice. Methods Fifty male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: one control group and four experimental groups. The mice were poisoned 2 hours one day for 7 weeks continuously,then were killed. The contents of MDA and the activeties of SOD in serum and liver were measured. Results The contents of MDA in different experimental groups were significantly higher than that in control group, and the activities of SOD were remarkably lower than that in control group (P<0.01).The contents of MDA in different experimental groups showed an increasing tendency,and the activities of SOD showed a reducing tendency with the increase of the formaldehyde doses. Conclusion A certain dose of formaldehyde can destroy the balance of lipid peroxidation in mice,the ability of antioxidation is reduced obviously.
