摘  要:目的 :探讨缺碘在地方性克汀病发病机制中的作用。方法 :通过低碘饲料和补碘饲料喂养母鼠 ,分娩的仔鼠 40d龄时开始实验 ,观察仔鼠脑发育的变化。结果 :低碘组大鼠锥体细胞顶树突棘突密度、棘突的分布类型、锥体细胞基树突数和初级树突分枝指数及锥体细胞的最大横截面积与加碘组大鼠和对照组大鼠均有显著性差异。结论 :低碘饮食使大鼠锥体细胞各方面的生长、发育受到抑制 。Objective: To elucidate the role of the iodine deficiency in pathogenesis of cretinism. Methods: The female rats were put on a diet with iodine deficiency and iodine supply. The baby rats were put in an environment with iodine deficiency during embryo state and suckling state. The changes of cerebral development were observed. Results: The density and distribution types of spinal processes in pyramidal cells, the exponent and the maximum cross section area in pyramidal cells of the rats with iodine deficiency were different from the rats with iodine supply and the rats in control. Conclusion: Iodine deficiency can suppress the development of the pyramidal cells,and iodine supply before pregnancy can reduce the damages to the central nervous system by iodine deficiency.
