摘  要:在实验室研究了生物填料塔工艺净化含有硫化氢和甲苯的恶臭废气的生物降解特性,考察了生物填料塔驯化期以及停留时间、pH值、喷淋量以及装置停运后的恢复等操作参数对净化性能的影响.研究结果表明,采用改性泥炭生物填料净化含有硫化氢和甲苯的恶臭废气,降解硫化氢的微生物驯化期为16 d,降解甲苯的微生物驯化期为32 d.在停留时间为28 s,pH值为6~7,每立方米填料的喷淋水量为0.80~1.92 m3/d时,硫化氢去除率平均可达到97.9%以上,甲苯去除率平均达到91.3%.在该降解过程中,硫杆菌、假单孢菌和芽孢杆菌为优势菌种.Biodegradation property of purifying odorous gas containing hydrogen sulfide and toluene by bio-packing column was studied in the laboratory. The acclimation period of packed bed, and the effects of retention time, pH value, water spray amount and resumable ability on purification performance were investigated. The experimental results showed that the microbe acclimation period for hydrogen sulfide and toluene were 16 and 32 days respectively by using modified bio-peat packing. Under the conditions of retention time 28s, pH value 6 - 7, and water spray 0. 80-1. 92m3/(m3packing · d), the average removal rates of hydrogen sulfide and toluene reached 97. 9% and 91. 3% respectively. In the said biodegradation process, the microbes were thiobacil'lus, pseudomonas and bacillus.
