非游离端义齿咀嚼效能的测定和分析

摘　　要：目的 了解肯氏Ⅲ类牙列缺损患者戴用义齿前及戴用义齿后咀嚼效能的变化及影响因素。方法 选择40例肯氏Ⅲ类牙列缺损患者为实验组,30例牙列完整、身体健康的中老年人为对照组。用花生米为测试物,采用吸光度法,对对照组健康中老年人的咀嚼效能,以及实验组患者戴入义齿前后咀嚼效能进行测定和影响因素的分析。结果 实验组患者的咀嚼效能明显低于对照组;戴用义齿后,实验组患者的咀嚼效能随戴用时间的增长而逐渐提高;患者的年龄、缺失牙胎单位数、义齿的种类、咀嚼的次数和时间均与戴用义齿后的咀嚼效能有关。结论 实验组患者的咀嚼效能明显低于对照组,但随戴用义齿时间的增长,实验组患者的咀嚼效能逐渐提高;影响实验组患者咀嚼效能的因素较多。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the changes of masticatory performance of the cases wearing dentures and relative factors. Methods The changes of masticatory performance of the cases wearing dentures were studied before and after wearing by using the light absorption method and peanuts as test food. Results The mastication performance of the experimental groups was predominantly lower than that of the control groups. The masticatory performance was gradually improved with wearing denture period increasing. Factors relating to the masticatory performance were age, number of occlusal units lost and the kind of denture, and the number of chewing etc. Conclusion The mastication performance of the experimental groups was dominantly lower than that of the control groups, but gradually improved with wearing denture period increasing. Varied factors affect the masticatory performance of experimental groups.
