彩色多普勒引导下甲状腺结节粗针穿刺活检的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的　评价彩色多普勒引导下甲状腺结节粗针穿刺活检的准确性和安全性。方法　对 84例甲状腺结节患者在彩色多普勒引导下行甲状腺结节粗针穿刺活检 ,并与术后病理诊断结果相比较。结果　 84例均穿刺成功 ,无并发症。粗针穿刺活检结果与术后病理诊断结果比较 ,诊断总符合率为 92 .86% ( 78/84)。结论　彩色多普勒引导下甲状腺结节粗针穿刺活检是 1种安全。Objective To evaluate the accuracy and security of coarse needle biopsy in thyroid nodules guided by Color-Doppler.Methods 84 patients with thyroid nodules received coarse needle biopsy guided by Color-Doppler.The results were compared with the postoperative pathological diagnosis.Results Coarse needle biopsy in all cases were successful and no complication happened.Compared with the postoperative pathological diagnosis,the coarse needle biopsy had an accuracy of 92.86%(78/84).Conclusion Coarse needle biopsy guided by Color-Doppler is a safe and available method in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
