摘　　要：目的 :观察在异常机能状态发生前、即时和发生后几个不同阶段实施针刺的效应差异。方法 :以静脉持续输入盐酸山莨菪碱液制作胃电节律规整性下降的异常状态背景。实验分 3个观察组 :①在制作背景前 30min预先针刺处理并在制作异常状态背景时即时针刺 ;②在制作背景时即时针刺 ;③在制作异常状态背景开始后延时 5min针刺。针刺穴位足三里。比较各个观察组胃电节律规整性的针刺调节效果。结果 :第 1组、第 2组和第 3组的针刺潜伏期依次延迟 ;针刺效果依次减弱。结论 :在异常状态的不同阶段针刺所产生的针刺效果不同 ,针刺预处理将提高和加快针刺效果。Objective To observe effects of acupuncture before, during and different stages after development of dysfunctional state. Methods Dysfunctional state of the decrease of gastric electrical activity rhythm was developed by continuously intravenous import of anisodamine hydrochloride solution. The study was carried out in 3 groups: ① Acupuncture precondition was given 30 min before and immediately after development of the dysfunctional state; ② Acupuncture was given immediately after development of the dysfunctional state; ③ Acupuncture was given 5 min after development of the dysfunctional state. Zusanli (ST 36) was selected in the 3 groups. Regulative effects of acupuncture on gastric electrical activity rhythm among the 3 groups were compared. Results The latent periods in the 3 groups delayed and the effects of acupuncture decreased in order. Conclusion Acupuncture at different stages of the dysfunctional state has different effects, and precondition of acupuncture can increase and accelerate the acupuncture effect.
