摘　　要：社区是我国改革开放期间城市思想政治工作的重要领域,居民是社区思想政治工作的对象。如何运用有效的途径和方法,加强对社区居民的思想道德建设,进而提高居民的思想道德素质,是新时期城市思想政治工作迫切需要回答的课题。With the opening up and reform of our country,community has become an important domain for political and ideological instructions to the urban residents.Making effective use of the available channels and means to enhance the build-up of the residents' moral and to improve their ethics has been a major subject of ideological and political task in modern cities,which calls for immediate solution.
