摘　　要：目的　应用图像分析技术对 6 7例原发性肝细胞型肝癌病人的组织学标本进行了DNA含量及核仁组成区嗜银蛋白 (AgNOR)计数的测定。 方法　检测细胞增殖状态的指标对原发性肝细胞型肝癌组织进行综合研究 ,评估肿瘤细胞的增殖能力及生物学行为。结果　原发性肝细胞型肝癌的DNA含量、AgNOR计数与肿瘤组织学分级、预后有关。Objective We use image analysis technique to study the DNA content and immunohistochemical technique to examine the expression of AgNOR in 67 case patients of primary liver cancer.Method The results shower that DNA content and AgNOR counts have relationship with differentiation of tumor and prognosis of patients.Result The results suggest that a combining study of these two indexes can be more accurate to detect the proliferating stages of cancer cells.Conclusion Of great value in assessing biological behavior and the prognosis of primary liver cancer.
