摘 要:目的 :本实验旨在评价牙体充填材料对牙体组织抗折性的影响。方法 :将 6 0颗离体前磨牙随机分为 5组 ,备洞后 ,分别用银汞合金、银汞合金 +粘接剂、LITE -FILⅡP、REACTMER四种充填材料充填 ,剩余一组为空白对照组。用电子万能试验机检测牙折裂负荷值 ,并对断裂面进行体式显微镜和扫描电镜观察。结果 :牙折裂负荷值由小到大依次为银汞合金、空白对照、LITE -FILⅡP、银汞合金 +粘接剂、REACTMER ;扫描电镜显示 ,除银汞合金 +粘接剂组的断裂面较复杂外 ,其他 3组的断裂面均发生在充填材料与牙齿之间。结论 :银汞合金 +粘结剂、REACTMER和LITE -FILⅡP作为常用或新型的牙体充填材料 ,可增强余留牙体组织的抗折性。Objective: To value the fracture resistance of the dental filled materials. Methods: 60 molars were selected and divided into four groups randomly .The cavities were filled with silver amalgam, silver amalgam with adhesive, LITE-FILⅡP and REACTER. Testing fracture loads of teeth with electronic dynamometer. Observing the fracture faces with scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results: Fracture loads of teeth from silver amalgam, control group, LITE-FILⅡP, silver amalgam with adhesive to REACTMER is increasing gradually. The results of observing fracture faces show that besides the fracture face of silver amalgam with adhesive group is complex, the fracture faces of the other three groups are between filled material and dentine. Conclusion: As common or new filling materials, silver amalgam with adhesive, REACTMER and LITE-FILⅡP will enhance the fracture resistance of residual dentine.
