血清DR-70水平对舌癌诊断和预后的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究DR - 70 (AMDLDR - 70 )在舌癌病人诊断和预后中的作用。方法 :采用ELISA法比较分析了5 2例舌鳞状细胞癌和 4 2例舌良性肿瘤病人及 4 0个健康人的血清DR - 70水平 ,并跟踪分析舌癌病人的 3年生存率。结果 :舌癌病人的DR - 70阳性率 (75 % )明显高于正常对照组 (7.5 % )和良性肿瘤组 (10 % ) ,且与其生存率明显相关。结论 :本研究表明血清DR - 70水平能够预测舌癌的发生 ,同时也与舌癌患者的生存有密切关系。Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical usefulness of the tumor marker DR-70(AMDL DR-70) in a group of patients with tongue cancer. Methods: DR-70 levels were determined using enzyme immunoassay techniques. Serum DR-70 in 52 patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma were tested and compared with a group of 40 healthy controls and another group of 42 patients with various benign masses in tongue. DR-70 levels in sera of cancer patients were monitored for three years. All data were analyzed by the statistical software of Egret and EPI-Info. Results: Positive rate of tongue carcinoma (75%) was significantly higher than that of normal control individuals (7.5%) and benign tumor groups. DR-70 level in serum significantly correlated with 3-year survival rates. Conclusions: Our results suggest a potential role of DR-70 as tumor marker for tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
