摘　　要：从系统运行效果评价的角度,建立城市交通控制系统交通效益评价指标体系,采用模糊聚类的分析方法,对指标体系中的19项指标进行关联性分析。研究成果为交通控制系统评价指标体系的建立和控制系统运行效果的评价提供了理论依据。From　the　view　of　system　operation　effects,the　authors　established　a　set　of　evaluation　measures　for　Urban　Traffic　Control　system.The　fuzzy　clustering　method　is　used　in　order　to　put　forward　correlative　analysis　for　the　nineteen　evaluation　measures.This　study　forms　a　theory　basis　for　further　work　on　establishment　and　evaluation　of　urban　traffic　control　system　(UTC).
